Patch tests are required for all highlight and colour clients at least 48 hours before your appointment. A small amount of colour mixture is applied to an area of skin on the inner elbow. Monitor the area for 48 hours for signs of irritation, redness, swelling or a rash, please contact us if you experience and adverse reactions.

Pre payments or deposits paid will be non refundable if the appointment is cancelled up to 24 hours. Any client no shows will be asked to pre-pay 50% of the appointment cost before any future bookings will be confirmed.
