Do you offer beauty treatments?
We have recently updated our service menu and no longer offer beauty services (such as waxing, nails, or facials). We now specialize exclusively in professional Hairdressing and Ear Piercing.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment by calling us at 01204 593 599 or by using our Online Booking System.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change; however, any pre-payments or deposits made will be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
What happens if I miss my appointment without letting you know?
In the event of a "no-show," clients will be required to pre-pay 60% of the appointment cost before any future bookings can be re-confirmed.
Do I need a skin test for hair coloring?
Yes, if you are a new color client or haven't had your hair colored with us in the last 6 months, a skin sensitivity test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
