We offer parking at the rear of our salon. There is also street parking nearby.

We understand that plans change; however, any pre-payments or deposits made will be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

In the event of a "no-show", clients will be required to pre-pay 50% of the appointment cost before any future bookings can be confirmed.

Yes, if you are a new colour client or haven't had your hair coloured with us in the last 6 months, a skin sensitivity test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Absolutely! We offer dedicated Gents’ colouring, cutting and styling services, as well as appointments for young babies and children.

We have 2 beauty rooms on the 1st floor of the salon which are occupied by independant beauty businesses!

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for Seniors on Tuesdays and Students on Wednesdays! Bring your student ID to your appointment! We also have a 'Recommend a friend' scheme where you and a friend/family member can receive 25% OFF your appointment! (T&C's apply)
