Meet The Team

Ruby is a very driven, determined lady who runs a friendly and effective salon and has always had a passion for the salon environment.

In 2013 Ruby completed an colour degree and worked as a freelance educator, traveling to salons around the North West educating lots of other hairdressers for over four years along side running the business. From this Ruby has become an expert in the use of Olaplex and Kera Straight and also provided training with these brands.

Ruby qualified with a distinction in teaching hairdressing in 2019 & completed her assessors back in 2009, which now she uses to help her assistants at Escape to develop into stylists through careful training and direction.

Since owning escape Ruby has become a mummy to her little girl Rosie, who she enjoys spending all her free time with.

Our manager Natalie joined Escape in 2021 and has been in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years!

She is our bubbly, honest professional Director who constantly strives for client and team happiness. Natalie loves doing short haircuts and giving clients a complete transformation. She is your go too for restyles, balayages, hair extensions & barbering, an expert in all aspects of hairdressing.

Our Stylist Kiera has been at Escape since 2021 after choosing to begin her hairdressing career straight from school!

She became a fully qualified stylist in May 2024 after completing her NVQ Level 2 and in November last year she passed her NVQ Level 3, inlcuding a Distiction Grade in Advanced Creative Colour!

Kieras strong passion for hairdressing stands out a mile through her incredible work in the salon, from balayage to precison cuts, you wont want to miss an appointment with Kiera!
